Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 days of order placement with the carrier of your choice at checkout. Shipping can average 2-5 business days depending on the carrier. Longer lead times may occur during the holidays.


RETURNS

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, or you can return in person at The Fabulous Fern. Shipping costs are not refundable. Only product costs will be returned on the original method of payment. In store purchases are only eligible for store credit if returned. Online purchases will be credited back to the same payment method it was originally purchased through.


SALE. No returns will be offered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted if approved: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts or for reasons not due to our error.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs to return items.

Please Note: If you are returning an item valued over $75, consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed. Within 3 days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If a refund has not been posted within 3 days we ask that you contact the bank or credit card company or the respective financial institution associated with the account. Most often this delay is due to additional processing time they impose before a refund is posted.  

If the associated account representative cannot find the refund as pending or does not show it as posted, please contact us at invoices@olathehomedecor.com.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Exchanges are offered only on defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email including a picture of the item to rebecca@olathehomedecor.com. Once approved for exchange, the item can be mailed or brought to :
