Shipping & Returns


Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 days of order placement with the carrier of your choice at checkout. Shipping can average 1-2 weeks depending on the carrier. Longer lead times may occur during the holidays.


We have a 30 day return policy. Returns or exchanges will not be offered after 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging. All returns must be approved before a refund will be issued.

All "Sale", "Clearance", "As Is", "Custom -Made to Order" and "Gift Cards" are FINAL SALE.  No returns will be offered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted if approved: (if applicable)

  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts or for reasons not due to our error.



Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs to return items.

Please Note: If you are returning an item valued over $75, consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or  purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed. Within 3 days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If a refund has not been posted within 3 days we ask that you contact the bank or credit card company or the respective financial institution associated with the account. Most often this delay is due to additional processing time they impose before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Exchanges are offered only on defective or damaged items.  If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email including a picture of the item to [email protected].  Once approved for exchange, the item can be mailed or brought to :
